Dr. Lopez is truly amazing. He really cares about his patients. Right from the beginning I was so happy I made the change to his office. Yes there’s a long wait but now I know why he has a lot of patients. He’s all about curing you not prolonging you.
I am amazed and greatful for the unconditional love & care this group had for me this visit. My appointment was dropped by mistake when I got to the office, but they took me in anyway. My prescription didn't make it to the pharmacy, but they gave me an alternative choices for meds before my procedure. Insurance wasn't going to cover my procedures (shots), so they found an alternative that would would with insurance with very little out of pocket. I had bad couple days. 1. Their phone service is terrible, average wait time is 20 minutes. Grade, big fat F. 2. Was scheduled for a second Blocker procedure today 3-31-26 at 9 am, was call yesterday 3-30-26 at 4:06 pm to tell me my the insurance had denied procedure because I did not report a 70 - 80 percent improvement. So in other words the 1st Blocker procedure was not acceptable to do the 2nd follow-up. 3rd.
