He walked out on me when I was calmly voicing my concern, told me give him one minute, and then never came back. Sent his nurse in to say he couldn’t help me. I told him my gland had been swollen for 12 days to point I couldn’t hear and he said “ don’t worry” that’s it. I would NEVER see him again!! now 7 days later, so you know, i ended up in the er with swollen gland so bad i could not talk, or swallow. I had a bacteria infection in my gland...
My husband and I both have nothing but praise for “Doctor D”. He is knowledgeable, thorough, professional, kind and a good listener. He has always heard our concerns and quickly made appropriate referrals and ordered necessary lab work, x-rays, etc. He’s been our PCP for nearly 10 years and we both highly recommend him!
