This staff needs to learn empathy. Booked yearly exam with a new doctor
He is a very competent physician who is genuinely interested in me as a patient and me as a human being. He takes time to listen. Recommended.
No waiting time. Made me feel I was his only patient. Answered all my ?? Explained side effects of current meds. As a new resident of Ocala, I feel I made an excellent choice of doctor. Staff was extremely courteous.
Horrible patient care. It takes 24-48 hours for office to call you back for an appointment. You can never speak to anyone in the office when you call. Doctor has no bedside manners. I do not recommend this office or doctor at all.
HORRIBLE!!!! My grandmother passed away Tuesday. We have called and called and called and no one will Pickup. We are anxiously waiting to put her to rest as she sits in a funeral home since Tuesday and without a CARE from himself as a Doctor or his staff. The funeral home has called everyday and we still cannot get a call back from a decent human being to do the right thing. Disgusting and horrific. Please do not bring anyone you love to see this specimen.
My mother has been calling and leaving messages to make an appointment to no avail. She was put on hold today and then disconnected. Very disappointed.
Dr. Diaz is a great doctor he listens to my concerns he explains to me Treatment and medication And discuss with me the plan of care I personally recommend Dr. Diaz 100% He is an excellent doctor.
Did not leave me waiting. On first visit reviewed my medical records, anwsered my questions and set up lab tests and next appointment. On next appt., again was not kept waiting, went over lab results and records of blood pressure; again addressed my concerns about side effects of meds and set next labs and appt. Highly efficient and did not waste my time. Good doctor.
Dr. Diaz did not take time to actually listen to my concerns. He would not even explain his diagnosis. I would not recommend him to anyone.
