Dr. Diaz has a caring bedside manner but the way the office is run leaves much to be desired. I arrived for labs early because they told me they could start as early as 7:30 AM. I am number 1 on the waiting list with another 6 behind me. It is 8:15 AM and we are still waiting for labs to be done. Also, reception staff service is not friendly.
Nice facility with a friendly doctor and staff.
Went to get some blood work done .I was in and out in no time took the lab technician lady less than a minute to perform the procedure. Going back for my results on August the 20th .
Great first experience, appt on time, professional staff. Only concern didn't ask about prior health experience. I understand that nowadays most info can be found online. Message on patient portal are not answered and called and asked a medical question, was told I would get a call to answer question. Been over 4 day since portal question and over 24 hours since called. Called again after 24 hours,still no response.
