Dr Raul Diaz de Leon is an amazing Dr. He listens to my concerns and is very good at explaining the treatment plan. He is very professional and knowledgeable. There is minimal waiting time whenever you go to the office.
Love the Dr, however had to ask 3 times for a referral to be sent, finally got a call with an appointment 2 weeks after PT was prescribed and numerous requests, only to get to pt and sit for 2 hours because they still didn’t get it sent. I had to leave, drive 30 min to go to office and get paper copy. When you fax something you should get confirmation that it went through. It wasn’t on PT’s end as they tried to blame as they received numerous referrals while I sat there waiting for mine to come through
Not a good person. Does not listen nor does he answer questions. Kept and told me that I would be on meds for the rest of my life.... And proved to be not true. Seems to be have little knowledge in medicine and nutrition and dose not recommend exercise. Do not trust.
I have called Dr. Diaz office and the phone rings three times and I get a message the person you are trying to reach is not available and bam the hangs up. I have called 5 times and no answer. I will be updating the experience here. I have not met the doctor yet. This is just to talk to the staff and see uf I can get an appointment. So far not a good experience. To be continued.
Have been a patient of Dr. Diaz de Leon for 2 years now. He is great! The staff is very accommodating with scheduling. Location is very convenient too!
