I feel sorry for Dr. Raul Carrillo who as te most NASTY and RUDE Secretarial staff!!! They're the first people you meet coming to this office, if I didn't require his medical assistance I would NEVER come to this office!!!
Dr. Carrillo was very thorough. He answered every question I had. He explained everything. David, the specialist who performed the breathing tests was also good.
Incompetent. Carrillo Misdiagnosed me. Mis medicated. Ended up in ER. DO NOT go here no matter what.
This review is directed towards the lazy staff and not the doctor. I am sure the doctor is very pleasant, helpful, and a good listener, but I did'nt get a chance to meet him because of his non-empathetic staff. Since I am not from this area, I thought this would be the place to help me take care of my problem, BUT I WAS WRONG!! It is sad because the upfront staff suppose to be a reflection of the doctor.
