I have been going to Dr. Raul Montalvo for many years, and unfortunately, over the last couple of years, the quality of care and professionalism I initially experienced has noticeably declined. After reading other reviews, I realized many patients seem to share similar concerns. Dr Montalvo has been my dentist for over 20 years! I'm nervous about dentists and they have always taken great care of me.
No sympathy. Bad customer service.
I was a patient for over a year and only saw the dentist once despite having multiple cleanings there. I would avoid this place if you expect to be seen routinely by a dentist.
