Dr. Rauk and her team were absolutely incredible. I called multiple offices trying to get in on short notice before an important family event, and they were the only ones willing to make it work. Kim was extremely helpful and informative, and the staff was great overall. However, when it comes to the financial side, make sure you fully understand all the details. I strongly recommend contacting your dental insurance provider directly and keeping records of all conversations. I’ve been going back and forth between the insurance company and the office for weeks trying to resolve a reimbursement issue. Rauk dentistry was so helpful. My newborn was struggling to feed due to a tongue and lip tie. Dr. Kim and Sara were able to release those ties and assist us in learning how to feed again pain free. We now are thriving with being able to exclusively nurse. We are so thankful for them & would recommend them to anyone!
I cannot recommend Dr. Kim and her team enough. My newborn had to keep going back to pediatrics because he wasn’t gaining weight - yet pediatrics was not helpful in getting to the root cause of this. They simply wanted to do weight checks every other day and for me to supplement with formula. Being my 4th baby I knew this wasn’t necessary as supply wasn’t an issue. Dr. Rauk and her team made themselves available for my daughter’s frenectomy aftercare, and went above and beyond despite not doing the initial procedure.
