New state-of-the-art facility Dr. Rauch is extremely professional and treats his patients as if they were family the staff and the nurses go above and beyond would recommend this doctor to anyone first class experience.
Very friendly and helpful staff
Trying to speak with the doctor was like pulling teeth. We played phone tag for more than a week before we were able to discuss the findings of my test results. When I tried to ask questions about the prognosis, he refused to go there. I had the surgery after which his staff insisted I come into the office only to be told by the doctor to go home and sleep it off. It took weeks to schedule a follow up to remove the stent which I was told needed to be removed in 5 days.I was billed for both.
