Very disheartening the behavior by the people who work here! Like others say they make u overpay people causing hardship
Very satisfied with the service from Rau. They were able to quickly schedule my service and repair corroded connections so my new washer could be installed.
Charged double; total miscommunication between office and techs. Office does not apologize, admit wrong, nor care about customers. Do yourself a favor and do not hire.
If you're not in an urgent situation, I’d recommend looking around first. I contacted them during two guest check-in/check-out times. It was a last-minute situation, and they sent someone right away—which I appreciated. That said, their pricing was definitely high and not honest in the description - so they charge more. I understand why others are very upset about the pricing. I did ask for their hourly rate before engaging them, but they played about how time was spent—and they always sent two people, of course that doubles... read more
