Must share the experiences I have had with Rau Plumbing has been excellent. They respond quickly and are very efficient which saves money in the long run. They have given suggestions for things that go above and beyond what they can do. Haven't had that experience with previous plumbers and very pleased I found them. They are honest and helpful.
I had Brandon as my technician and he was amazing! He was extremely courteous and professional. He fixed several issues with precison and competence. I would highly recommend Rau Plumbing again.
Amazing people, they were able to come out same day and fix a pipe that broke.
I had Rau Plumbing out to replace a garbage disposal. 2 guys showed up even though 1 guy did all of the work. When I got the bill it noted on there that I was only being charged for 1 guy. 3 weeks later I had them out again to repair an exposed leaking water line. Again 2 guys showed up. Again only one guy actually worked. I was told that the 2nd guy was a trainee and the owners son. When I got the bill I was charged full rate for both guys. I questioned that and got no response.
