Ruben is exceptional. He was upfront with pricing and gave all the different scenarios and "what if's". Great guy who is professional and did a great job. Cleaned up after and left our bathroom spotless. Definitely kept this number on speed dial and will recommend to other friends and family.
One word describes my experience with the company - excellent! Daniel who assisted me with my emergency was patient, caring and professional. Ruben who was dispatched to the house was equally polite and professional. They collectively helped with a less than desirable situation wth our main line backing up after hours. A note of thanks and appreciation to both of them and the company.
