Our two step cooking process results in our tender, delicious Barbeque. We begin by slowly cooking our meats up to 24 hours. We then grill over a live mesquite fire using our signature BBQ sauce. Anytime we drive down to the LA area and we're returning back home to the Antelope Valley we tried to stop in for lunch. Food always good and the garlic rolls are always great. Nice hot rolls always soft and delicious. But this time they where HARD as a ROCK the worse we ever had. The waitress said they just came out of the oven. To us they felt they were cooked too long or was popped in the microwave oven for reheating since they were hard as a rock. Used to come to this place at the old location back in the day with the fam. It's still awesome the food is amazing the service couldn't have been better
The biggest plus this last visit was that they have increased the portion sizes back to what it was when they first opened up in canyon country. That was one of my favorite things about the original restaurant. The food was really good, hot, and our waitress was pleasant and on top of things.
