It was a nightmare each midnight after duty to hear noises inside kitchen and it was sad to see the waste bin scrutinized by this smart living creature that went underground into its holes during the daytime. Great service, very effective. Went out of his way and even came during his lunch break in order to fit me in his busy schedule. Was able to figure out where the rats were, where they were coming in from, and how to get rid of them. Successfully stopped the rats from coming into my property within three days. Highly recommended!
