Jay is 100% honest and knows what he’s doing. I completely trust him working on any of my cars. He’s the real deal. I’ve been doing business with him since 2016.
I popped my tire and they were great throughout the entire process! I brought my corgi in to wait with me while they put the new tire on and he loved getting all the pets!
Jay was great to do business with. One shop wouldn’t do the job. Another shop quoted double what Jay did the job for. The communication was excellent considering the job became more than we originally thought, and I was updated daily. He looked in to ways to keep the cost down and most importantly made sure my daughters car was safe. I would highly recommend Rattenbury AutoWorks!
