Ratsch Cabin is a fantastic place with beautiful views but as hard as I tried the only counsellor I could find on the site was a bottle of Jäger. The upstairs neighbours were a little too friendly: they kept coming down unannounced; acting like they owned the place. The advertised skating lake was melted just enough to be a death trap, I even had to break my own ice to go swimming! All things considered; do not bring your estranged relatives here for help.
