A thorough and excellent doctor. Knowledgeable and professional, calm. Personally I have found him caring. And I believe that he has added years to my life.

My wife Sandra was treated by Dr. Ratner at St. Francis hospital for about 17 days. She repeatedly complained to him before and after entering the hospital about not being able to breathe. She was given a new pacemaker/defibrillater which caused her to have a cardiac arrest but did nothing to improve her breathing. Dr. Ratner wasn't pro active in getting Sandra transferred to another hospital where she now faces a life threatening situation.
Dr. Ratner is a great listener and always puts a smile on my face. His judgement is excellent and he has been providing my entire family wonderful care for over 20 years!
Dr. Ratner is the BEST. If you need a trustworthy, patient, efficient, brilliant Doctor then you MUST see him. His staff is amazing as well. I have at least 5-6 Family members who are now patients of his because of my recommendation and they could not be any happier.
Would highly recommend Dr Ratner. MY husband was a patient of his for 20 years. I am a nurse and would trust his judgement 100 percent.
