Lack of preparedness of office staff. Having so many office employees, numerous (unnecessary) phone calls and texts about preparing for upcoming appointments. Yet every time, I am made to wait? Because something is missing, blood work can't be found? Then why torture the patient who's already in a difficult position fighting for their lives. Preparedness, Professionalism, Courtesy to the patient. TY.
