If I could give zero stars I would. Dr. Bitra is nothing more than a glorified headache doctor. I was established with her for MONTHS, started experiencing crippling nerve pain all over my body, She refused to address the situation and then refused to book an appointment with me after I was told to see her by an emergency room physician whom also directly messaged her. If you’re looking to just be thrown on 50 different medications and gas lit into thinking you’re crazy, this is your place.

Woefully incompetent. I am a disability advocate for a patient who is in need of a medical treatment. This Dr. Harmfully delayed a medical procedure for months due to an inability to get basic paperwork orders made and sent to necessary labs. Don't work with this dangerously incompetent dr.

Never left a review for anyone in my entire life. Sadly, this was the most horrible experience I've ever had to witness so I feel as if it's needed. Went with my mom for her appointment, she has been struggling with memory loss. At first, the Dr kept interrupting her, I gave her benefit of the doubt because I thought maybe she was trying to keep my mom on track. I don’t like to give negative reviews, but this may have been the worst urgent referral appointment I’ve ever had. I waited over 6 months for this referral appointment (two providers including an ED doc had referred me out) and Dr Bitra was the first available. I can tell you the first thing is that my chart was never reviewed prior to this Dr walking in—which is unheard of. Huge language barrier. This is the worst doctor in the history of doctors. She either needs to retire or work in research. Her bedside manner is the most atrocious thing I've ever witnessed. If anyone has rated her more than 1 star it's because their clinical case is easier than most. She provides ZERO advocacy for her patients. We got 5 minutes of her time and she literally had her hand on the door handle for 4.5 of those 5 minutes, just waiting to leave. Sorry to interrupt your smoke break, doc. :-/
