WORST Dr. (Neurologist) I have ever worked with. This review has been long in the making, so bare with me. I was sent to Dr. Bitra by my Primary Dr. to be tested for Neuropathy. I didn't really know anything about the appointment, so I was unsure. Anyway, I got there, and went in shortly. However it was obvious that she was "stressed". If I could give a zero star I would, possibly the worse experience ever, from the moment I said nice to meet you she was cold and unwelcoming. First thing she said was “ I don’t know why I’m seeing you. “ Which I had to go into detail about why I’m seeing her and how I needed to get my license back after being seizure free for years. She was wanting to perform all these unnecessary test which would’ve been understandable if my epilepsy wasn’t under control. I told her financially I wasn’t able to do this. Neurologists were so strangely unavailable in The Dalles, OR, unlike central CA, where I resided 5 and a half years ago. So, I was willing to have reasonably good hopes for Dr Ratna Bitra. But my hopes went DOWNHILL very FAST! The moment after she entered the room, I held out my hand and said: "Hi. It's very nice to meet you." She quickly shook her head and said: "Covid."
