David came out on a Friday night during rainy weather to inspect after a storm. He was honest and did not try to sell me anything as everything was in good shape. Very professional!

David Kosto from Ratliff came out the same day we called, found the problem, explained the soffit issue to us and promptly fixed it! He also walked around the house to look for any other problems. David was polite and courteous! He went above and beyond! Thank you so much!!

I contacted Ratliff when the down-pipe came away from the gutter, after a ton of rain. David came straight out and fixed it for me, free of charge! He said it was a relatively straight-forward fix, and didn't even charge a call-out fee. He did a super job, I am very impressed and will definitely use this company again, should I need to. Thank you.

Bryan and his team do fantastic work! We’ve used them for gutter projects and also dumpster services. Zach and Anthony are very professional and take great care of the property they are working on in addition to providing great work. I trust this team. That’s not something I say lightly.

Our experience with Ratliff was top notch from start to finish! David, our project manager was so personable and knowledgeable. No high pressure sales just truly a partner in helping us make decisions through the entire process. The crew was courteous and worked like a well oiled machine. Got it done in one day and the clean up was impeccable! Bryan, the owner, was onsite throughout the job as well to make sure things ran smoothly. We are very satisfied with the work and would highly recommend!
