Excellent oral surgeon. Unfortunately he is now retired. His office is still open with a new oral surgeon.
I’ve visited Dr. Ratkus‘s office about a year ago or so. I have to say that my visit was excellent! No pain whatsoever! His assistant Pat did a wonderful job. She was kind and courteous. His office manager, Harmony is polite and caring. She knew exactly what to do with my insurance company, saving me some headaches. She is always a joy to talk to. She made scheduling a breeze! I would highly recommend this offIce!
Great, amazing office! Dr. Ratkus knowledge is superb and he instills calmness in the patient. His staff is great. The secretary is warm and welcoming. She assists you in every possible way. The assistant makes sure you are comfortable at all times. This is the best endodontic office!
Highly recommended! I have had two root canals in the past with Dr. Ratkus and have never had any problems with them. I had since moved to Massachusetts and was in need of another root canal. Not feeling good about anybody doing my root canal here in MA I called Dr.Ratkus in Vt and asked if he would be able to do a root canal for me in one day due to traveling.
