If you haven't been in to Rat King, you need to go today! This place is the best. The owner, Nick is absolutely fantastic, Robert is amazingly smart and cool and every customer is treated like a friend. The only way that they wouldn't treat you like their friend would be if you came in with an attitude, or thinking that you know it all. This place is a joke. The staff are unprofessional. And it was a huge pain to deal with them. The owner Nick is nice, but the person who was in charge was Jordan. He was really unfriendly and overcharged me on a price he original quoted me. I do not recommend this as a bike shop to go to. It is ran inefficiently by college kids who are not competent to run a bike shop. Choose another shop to go to and avoid Ratking bikes. I wasted so much money and time there.
