Only nice until the money runs out... This is a somewhat long (and not happy) story but it needs to be told in the consumer interest. We have taken our van to Paul on several occasions over the years, the most recent (Dec 2012) to deal with a power steering issue, an vehicle inspection, and a chronic overheating problem that he had worked on more than once previously. I have been using Rational Automotive Repair for over 3 years now, and can recommend them highly. They have always been HONEST with me - never trying to sell me some service or part I don't need - REASONABLE - less costly than some other places I have gotten estimates from, sometimes due to the other places adding on things I didn't need or want. - RESPONSIVE - they answer the phone!
