Only nice until the money runs out... This is a somewhat long (and not happy) story but it needs to be told in the consumer interest. We have taken our van to Paul on several occasions over the years, the most recent (Dec 2012) to deal with a power steering issue, an vehicle inspection, and a chronic overheating problem that he had worked on more than once previously.
