I’ll just put it out there. It’s my opinion AVOID Ratified Title Group. They will mess up your paperwork and blame their own employees for being pregnant, having Covid, and your lender for whatever reason they can surmise . Once complete, they will offer you a 300$ check like their money is a blessing. Go with a different company who actually respects their customers enough to explain their screw ups. Better yet, go with a company that will not drop the ball. Again just my opinion. Cheers!
