We worked with Ratia for a construction project in our kitchen and living room. They were wonderful to work with, all of their partners were highly skilled and delivered beautiful work. We couldn't be happier with the results and would happily recommend them to anyone!
Kiril, Charlotte and team with Ratia Construction remodeled our master bathroom for our house in Lincoln Park. They did a fantastic job. We used high end stone and finishes and needed a team that we could trust in handling these things going up two floors. The best part are his subcontractors. Kiril and his team are amazing! We’ve used them multiple times for various projects and each time we are blown away by the quality of work. From the installation of wallpaper down to the smallest details, to painting quality and craftsmanship, you can tell it is the highest quality work. Almost as important as the work quality, is the professionalism his team brings. They are so kind and friendly. I will recommend Ratia Construction to anyone looking for projects big or small!
