The receptionist is always friendly, and the doctor George is an amazing doctor, He is always attentive and helpful. I really recommend this place.
I called the receptionist to renew my prescription, she confirmed my medication and pharmacy. When we went to pick it up they said they had never received the prescription. We called again, the receptionist confirmed that it was the same prescription as my most recent one, and when I went to pick up my medication, she had sent not my most recent but my first prescription which I had discussed with the doctor and had changed because it was not working for me. How do you mess this up twice?
He is more interested in being "The Lip Doctor" than a family doctor. I have contacted his office 6 times, 4 faxes were sent by my pharmacy in the span of 7 days and still did not get my birth control renewed. I was even advised that I need to come see him since there is no record of me seeing him since 2022. The funny thing is I booked an appointment for December 14th 2023 and saw his protégé in order to renew my birth control last year which was three months ago.
