This office fails to educate their employees about their policies. Every time I go in there, there is a problem even when scheduled for a simple annual physical.
I'm very disappointed that my mother called the office during business hours , for a refill for her blood pressure medication. My mother never received a call and her prescription was not called in. My mother is currently out of her blood pressure medication. When she contacted the answering service about the situation. She was told that the doctor does not want to be paged and to go to the ER. It's sad, that my mother could have a stroke b/c the doctor doesn't want to be paged.
