This is about the most unorganized company. You call the corporate office and the phone system goes round and round, never getting a person. I've tried to call both 151 Place & BellaMay Grand for apartments and no one answers the phone. I finally got an answer this morning and it was answered with "WHAT DO YOU REALLY WANT?!" This is definitely not a company to pay money to or a reputable place to live at in Gainesville Florida.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE – I HAVE LIVED AT ONE 51 PLACE FOR 3 MONTHS AND IT HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. THE MANAGEMENT IS VERY RUDE ESPECIALLY MARSHA. A TITLE DOESN'T EARN YOU ANYTHING.
Surely this is not representation from the TOP down... – To whom it may concern: Efficiency accompanied by courtesy and excellent customer service is a rare combination in today?s work world. The courtesy extended to me by members of your staff during my recent visit to your property on 8501 N 50th Street, Tampa, FL was impressive because of its rarity.
