I would not recommend working with Paul Zglalich at Guaranteed Rate. The entire process of my initial mortgage loan and refinance was shady. Paul tried to rush the closing of my loan, against my best interest, at the request of the sellers agent. When I tried to refinance they applied a bait and switch practices. The icing on the cake is that Paul refused to cooperate with the loan officer at the new bank, and would not send out documents.
