My favorite Dr!! He is absolutely the best, I have been going to him for a little over 3 years, and I couldn't have more faith in him!!
He was very kind to me with a new diagnosis of kidney cancer and that I was going to loose a kidney. Not exactly the news I wanted on my 70th birthday! He answered all of my questions and those of my family. His follow up in the hospital, on call Drs, and his office staff were friendly and helpful with telephone calls. He has been upbeat and positive at continued appointments. He helped me get through an experience that has changed my life.
The office did not have our records prior to our appointment which was disappointing. Dr. scrambled to obtain them in the middle of our appointment and was unprepared. If you are struggling with male factor infertility, we would not recommend this doctor. He told us our problem was natures way of selecting who will reproduce and who wont. We had many questions and he treated us like our problem wasn’t worth his time. He was highly recommended and we left incredibly disappointed and hopeless.
Dr Rodriguez is very kind gentle man that is very understanding and also a great surgeon. I had prostate cancer and he did the surgery on me I had literally no pain or side effects from the procedure.
I was very pleased with the attention he gave me. I felt he offered me all my options so that I could make the best choice
The Dr. is quite unpleasant. He is rude to staff and didn't seem to care about my condition. It's time for him to take his millions and retire.
Time spent with Dr. Ratchford was very short and was one-way communication. He explained my issue and showed me images of my test results & then opened the door to walk me out (I guess he felt he explained everything I needed to know & any questions I might have would not be a good use of his precious time?). He didn't ask if I had any questions, & when I finally interrupted him to ask one, as we walked down the hallway to the exit, he responded with, "Did we have you pee in a cup?"... Nice.
HE WAS MY HUSBAND DOCTOR FOR MANY YEARS THE MOST UNDERSTANDING AND CARING PERSON '' OUR FAMILY CAN NOT THANK HIM AND HIS OFFICE STAFF FOR ALL THEY DID TO MAKING HIS PASSING AS COMFORTABLY AS POSSIBLE;;;;THANK YOU AGAIN DR,PAUL RODRIGUEZ''''''YOU WILL NEVER BE FORGOTTEN'''''' THE FAMILY OF ALLEN SMITH'''
