I to LOVED Dr. Ratchford. He talked in understandable language, created confidence, has a sense of humor in not the best of times to help with the circumstances. He even picked up on a symptom I wasn't aware of. I would definitely still be their if it wasn't for the lab not being in network and the difficulty dealing with the business office. Again I really enjoyed Dr. Ratchford and his knowledge, cant say enough about that.
My favorite Dr!! He is absolutely the best, I have been going to him for a little over 3 years, and I couldn't have more faith in him!!
He was very kind to me with a new diagnosis of kidney cancer and that I was going to loose a kidney. Not exactly the news I wanted on my 70th birthday! He answered all of my questions and those of my family. His follow up in the hospital, on call Drs, and his office staff were friendly and helpful with telephone calls. He has been upbeat and positive at continued appointments. He helped me get through an experience that has changed my life.
I was very pleased with the attention he gave me. I felt he offered me all my options so that I could make the best choice
Time spent with Dr. Ratchford was very short and was one-way communication. He explained my issue and showed me images of my test results & then opened the door to walk me out (I guess he felt he explained everything I needed to know & any questions I might have would not be a good use of his precious time?). He didn't ask if I had any questions, & when I finally interrupted him to ask one, as we walked down the hallway to the exit, he responded with, "Did we have you pee in a cup?"... Nice.
Warm, kind and funny. Very respective and tells you in detail what is going on with your case! Thank you for fixing my problem. Thank You
