Broke down on the freeway, gave Dominic a call and he was able to rescue me and get my wheel bearing replaced on my Mercedes with no headache and is one of the nicest mechanics I’ve ever come in contact with. Will 100% be coming back.
I'm super impressed with Ratchet Head Automotive! I needed some repair work done on my windshield wiper fluid system. Dominic was very quick to get back to my initial phone call. We discussed my needs and he scheduled me to come in the next day. He found the problem right away and ordered the necessary parts for next day delivery.
