After 9 months of trying to get rid of rats using Orkin and a quote from another company for 8000, I was referred to Rat Patrol from a family friend. I found the owner to be very professionally and knowledgeable. The rats were gone after 6 weeks! The contract is reasonable in price and covers up to 2 years in maintenance service. This means they come out if the rats come back! Highly recommend Rat Patrol.
