The haircut I got from Ray was by far the worst I've ever had. What I got was so embarrassing that I had to wear a hat even at home until I got an appointment with another salon. My hair was so badly botched that I had to go really short to salvage what was left. The hairstylist that fixed it was shocked at what a mess it was. Don't know how somebody who claims to have a lot of experience could be so bad.
I've been a customer at this salon for the past two years and couldn't be happier with the service. Ellie, Grace, and Ray are incredibly professional and always make sure I leave with my favorite hairstyle. I highly recommend this salon for exceptional hair care.
