My fiancé took my grandmothers ring in here to get resized so he could propose to me with it. They did a terrible job and my ring doesn’t look the same. It seems that they had smashed it so hard that the two bands started to weld together. There are curves that weren’t there before and it’s no longer smooth. You’d think they would be a little more careful with something as irreplaceable as a family heirloom. Very unimpressed.
