Just went in to have my old ring appraised. The guys there were AMAZING! Took the time to look at it and work with us. Very helpful and personable. I highly recommend this place!!
I brought my engagement ring in to have a prong fixed, a diamond replaced and be resized. They were also supposed to check and secure all other prongs. It took 4 weeks for it to be finished. When I picked it up in August, the ring looked alright. I immediately noticed that replacement diamond was dramatically smaller than the rest of the diamonds, which I wasn’t very pleased about obviously. I took my engagement ring, which I’ve had for 22 years, to get fixed because the diamond fell off. I paid almost $500 for them to repair it and redo the prongs. My husband picked it up, and at first glance it looked okay. But when I looked closer, one of the prongs was placed right in the middle of the diamond instead of on the corner where it’s supposed to be. I only wore it twice before it got messed up again. If I could give them negative stars I would. Take your business somewhere else! Customer service is below mediocre. Pretentious salesperson kept telling me that I shouldn't have put my pearl ring in my wallet just that one time. I got his message after the first time around, it just became really demeaning after the other 5 times he repeated himself. In spite, I put it in my wallet anyway when I walked out.
