Whoever is reading, below are a few of our warranty tickets submitted aka our lesson learnt (DONT BUY FROM RICHMOND). I hope you find it entertaining! 1. Our BRAND NEW AC broke 3 times during the first 3 months since we moved in.... Also, during the final walk through we were told by our warranty guy that AC broken during hot summer is an emergency and we can contact RICHMOND 24*7. I bought a house from them paid three-quarter of 1 million and nothing is working and it’s only been a week and I feel that the house has fallen apart so my advice to you stay away from this homebuilder and don’t buy a house from them because also there warranty company is the worst they never replied their calls and they don’t really care and they have the worst attitude
