Whoever is reading, below are a few of our warranty tickets submitted aka our lesson learnt (DONT BUY FROM RICHMOND). I hope you find it entertaining! 1. Our BRAND NEW AC broke 3 times during the first 3 months since we moved in.... Also, during the final walk through we were told by our warranty guy that AC broken during hot summer is an emergency and we can contact RICHMOND 24*7.
