I had to change where I had my sleep study completed because they wanted me to pay in advance for the cpap machine before going through billing to know what that cost would be. The MA stated they can see my deductible amount and according to that amount I'm expected to pay at least 300.00 I refused to pay so they canceled my appointment. I eventually called back and collected the money from family and they then said they don't know how much it will be. I later get a EOB for services they never performed.

After several years under his care, I requested a new cpap machine. My original cpap machine was set at 10 or 10.5. The script he submitted had my new machine set at 5, Yes, 5! I couldn't breath and had to use my original cpap until I could get a replacement. Why would he set a pressure that low without discussing it first. Then when I reached out to get it corrected, I couldn't get him to respond. The clinic that provided to new machine absolutely refused to increase the pressure without his approval. I have made 4 appointments with dr. Raslan's office. I was told I need a global referral. I got a referral from my dr, and still have the paper. Every time an appointment was made, they either cancelled it stating the Dr won't be in that day, or they blame it on a referral issue. Never had a referal issue anywhere else, so pretty odd. They give me the days he is working, and somehow after the appointment is scheduled, they call and cancel. Completely incompetent office. Trust me, go somewhere else if you are needing a lung doctor. do not recommend one bit. Rude bedside manners, does not explain well & is in a rush? Office did not answer calls. you can call everyday & there will be no response or returned calls. Frankly they mistreated & failed to diagnose the illness. This practice needs to be shut down.

I was hoping to get help since I have a serious problem with chemicals. It is recognized by the ADA as a disability. It says we are to be given safe passage but this was not what this doctor offered me. At first I thought he was kind but he only played games and told me since I passed my breathing test i couldn't have oxygen. Because of my chemical problem & going into doctors office that are allowing all kind of fragrances on their employees as well as the patients it is almost unbearable for me. I have been seeing Dr. Raslan since 2014, I have sever emphysema. He has always been very nice. He has explained everything very well. He shows me my scans so I can see what he is discussing with me. His staff has always been very nice and helpful.

Incompetent and rude! My mother had lung cancer which even her primary care doctor saw on the CT scan. Dr Raslan just sent her home with prednisone and no diagnosis. Don’t waste your time

He told me I had lung cancer before I even had a biopsy done, I had questions and concerns and all he did was rush me out of the room. He has no bedside manner and is rude to his patients.
