I utilized counseling services in 2019-2020 with Tracey Adams. I initially reached out because I thought she was nearby in South Holland. Turns out she was in Savanah, GA. Based on believing we valued the same things (via her Facebook posts), I gave it a shot. I did not find the time useful but tried to commit. We met via Zoom. My virtual sessions with Dr. Tracey Adams have been very helpful in identifying and addressing my feelings, mindfulness, and rebuilding self-esteem. Her flexibility with schedule especially during the 2020 pandemic has allowed me the room to balance work/life. Furthermore her values align with my own which provides me an unbias perspective in strategizing.

I am so thankful for Dr. Adams and her support to me over the years. She is full of wisdom and understanding and the lessons I have learned from her will be with me always and passed on to my child.
