My fiance had a difficult, 30 hour labor, and we were getting really worried. My daughter just didn't want to get out. Dr. Rashti had to use forceps first, but he couldn't get a good grip, so he switched to a vacuum extractor, and finally pulled her out. I think he was really good with his tools, and that might have saved us from a C-section.
