Dr. Rashidi performed surgery without securing hardware correctly leaving me with a displaced intervertebral dowel at L5-S1. After repair surgery, I was paralyzed from waist down. To this day I am still partially paralyzed, disabled, live in pain daily, and have difficulty walking. All thanks to his error.
