Dr. Rashid and staff are irresponsible. They don't have test results in on time or misplace results. She is very forgetful. Reminding her or her staff starts to become a nuisance. She does not spend a lot of time with you when being examined or discussing concerns/exams/test results. If anything she rushes you. You spend more time waiting than your visit with her. The staff is unfriendly and obviously unorganized with patient's appointments because they keep calling you to schedule appointments when you already have one scheduled. The doctor's bedside manner is horrible; she rushes her time with you and if you have had labs done, she doesn't go over the results in an understanding manner for the patient. She's a knowledgeable physician. Really makes accurate diagnosis. She can be late most of the time but that doesn't affect her knowledge and wisdom as a doctor.
Unfortanately the staff is bad. The doctor is fine but the overall experience is bad because of how impolite the staff can be.
Please do not use this doctor! The experience was not good and I can't imagine its the same for others. Staff is extremely rude and the service in general is terrible.
Very good Doctor, she understands patients and tries to treat them with compassion and respect. The office is not judgemental so I am comfortable going to the office.
Very knowledgable,sincere and professional. The main thing is her attitude towards her patient is excellent. Flexibilty and Understanding her patients needs is outstanding. Patient needs sympathy and care more than medicine which is missing in lot of doctors . I will recommend her always to all my friends.
