Went to go ask for an appraisal for turning a silver pendant which they gave me from the hospital from the passing of my new born the Owner the lady acted really rude she toss it to the side to put a a bigger gold pendant on the scale… I was planning to make it gold & buy a rope Chan but after that disrespectful attitude I left disappointed not wanting to buy anything, fully explained the situation and literally treated my items like trash
My husband and I bought our daughter’s first piece of jewelry here. That was 13 years ago! We’ve only ever bought jewelry here because we’re loyal customers. They have another location and we only do business through the mom as she has the best pricing. I will say over time their daughters have gotten more involved and the prices have hiked up a bit with them BUT we know it’s genuine gold and again we are loyal only to them. We’ve ordered a couple of custom name plates and rings we definitely recommend.
