I have never had a doctor who's been as attentively one-on-one caring, personable, and gently sensitive as Dr.Hanafy.
My doctor for 32 years retired, and I lamented the loss of this learned, compassionate person who had looked after me for so long. It was hard to imagine how I could possibly start a new doctor/patient relationship, but then I was lucky enough to find Doctor Hanafy and her staff, and now I feel that I'm in very good hands again.
Dr. Hanafy has been my primary care provider for nearly six years now. She's thoughtful and creative. She responds quickly. She has helped me through multiple asthma exacerbations and provides ongoing support for this condition. She has referred me to cardiac specialists to monitor a mitral valve deficiency which I have had for decades. After my experience w/Dr. Hanafy I will not return to the general Med as she has gone up and over every time I’ve needed immediate and general medical help. I never wait for a return answer and always have her and her team fighting for my health. I have many medical issue’s some days there’s multiple communications between us. On a Saturday she sent in my info and followed up w/the E.R. W/ phone calls to make sure everything in her power was done on my behalf. She is exactly the advocate I need 24/7.
My doctor is knowledgeable, professional and kind. She listens well and makes appropriate eye contact. She responds quickly to any concerns I may have with sound direction and application. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants a medical practioner who focuses on your whole self, gives you the time you need, and stays on top of medical research to share towards taking preventative measures in staying healthy.
