Dr. Saleem is so patient, understanding, and kind, she spends her time listening to what my health issues are and always helps me. I came in last year for a cut I suspected was infected and I switched to primary care for her practice after because of how much she helped me. She also asks tons of questions and is incredibly thorough. Where some doctors I've had in the past run in and out of the room to see patients as fast as possible she is not like that at all. I went to see Dr. Rasha Saleem at her urgent care and it is all about money. I scheduled a visit ($150) and had lab results already from another Doctor. She asked me to do another lab with her urgent and charged me ($100). Few days later I called her urgent care to find out the results. I was told that I need to scheduled another visit ($150) to find out results. I told them that I will see another Doctor and to forward me the results so my new Doctor will discuss about results. My daughter was extremely sick & after Urgent Care & ER visits, Dr. Rasha was the only one who took steps to make her feel better. She hooked her up to an IV and gave her fluids, spoke to me about what she thought the issue was & how to go about getting it diagnosed. She ended up having Hashimoto's & Dr. Rasha was the only one who was even close. It was next to closing time when we got there w/ my daughter & not once did we feel rushed. Dr. Rasha B. Saleem and her Dr. Ahmed Saleem are two of the best doctor's i would not go to anyone else, they get to know you, your not just money too them like most doctor's. So glad i found them in 2016.
This is perhaps the worst medical service I have received in my life. I recommend anyone considering this place not to go. I visited this clinic after work due to a large infected cut. This unprofessional doctor just care how to collect money. I was seen by the nurse and only her. I had not seen the doctor nor had she treated me. The doctor was the first person to see me regarding co-pay but wasn’t present to actually help patients at her clinic while she wasn’t busy, but talking with her staff. She expend enough time talk about the money but had no time for patient, my daughter cried almost 45 mins, the medical assistant and nurse could not find her vein but Dr was busy with something else and Dr asked us to go somewhere else to get blood sample finally for my daughter.
You have to spend 2 hours at least for receiving treatment.
Dr Saleem is awesome! She so cares & makes you feel at ease .. the minute you enter her office. Her professionalism is evident in all the steps she undertakes in treating my complaints & ailments. I feel so much better when she finishes treating me. She and her husband are my primary care physicians now in addition to being able to walk in and see them whenever we need.
