Very poor customer service!! So long waiting time!
Definitely going to look for another primary doctor, IV'E HAD ENOUGH !!! Today I was on hold for about an hour to request a refill on my medications. The person who took my call rudely hung up on me. I had already called 3 times today. The office is nicely remodeled congratulations on that!! but they need to work on actually caring for their patients needs, and being polite. Worst dr I've ever been to. The medicine he prescribed me could have killed me. I'm diabetic and he is not educated in that field. Nicole the office manager is very unprofessional. Not listening to patient concerns and when I tried to tell her about the dr she dismissed my concern and just laughed. She said she could just call my insurance and tell them I'm a difficult patient and they dont want to see me anymore. The office is also dirty and staff are rude.
Nicely remodeled super clean and Dr. Cohen is truly a good listener and concerned Dr. Never had any issues with his staff all beautiful and well mannered personnel here.... So for those people commenting on how bad this place is sorry for you,and yes everyone is entitled to their opinions. For those of you patients that are unhappy with this office and how it is ran u can address your concerns and complaints to whomever is in charge to better solve these issues.Second u may ask your insurance carrier for a new Doctors office... read more
