Very poor customer service!! So long waiting time!
Definitely going to look for another primary doctor, IV'E HAD ENOUGH !!! Today I was on hold for about an hour to request a refill on my medications. The person who took my call rudely hung up on me. I had already called 3 times today. The office is nicely remodeled congratulations on that!! but they need to work on actually caring for their patients needs, and being polite. Worst dr I've ever been to. The medicine he prescribed me could have killed me. I'm diabetic and he is not educated in that field. Nicole the office manager is very unprofessional. Not listening to patient concerns and when I tried to tell her about the dr she dismissed my concern and just laughed. She said she could just call my insurance and tell them I'm a difficult patient and they dont want to see me anymore. The office is also dirty and staff are rude.
