I really like Rascoe’s brisket, it’s so fresh tasting, juicy and not too much fat. I had their brisket salad which I told them they should call it the Keto salad because it came with avocado, Munster cheese, the right amount of brisket, some nice slices of tomatoes and onion. My kid loves their ribs, sauce on the side and of course their French fries. Great lunch spot for the family, and they are incredibly friendly.

Omgggg this was the best bbq and I say that only cuz this is exactly how I’d make mine including the potato salad , the Mac and cheese wow no words for that cheese ball my family loved it ! The riblets were so amazing and loved the atmosphere very calm and I was able to enjoy my food 😊 looking fwd to coming back here soon soon 😋 The owners were super nice and welcoming and we suggest that las cruces stops bye and give them support and you will not be disappointed!
