The crew who came down to deliver and install our dishwasher clearly not willing to work. They lied and said that the bottom of our dishwasher was full of water. It was not! I had to call our handyman who installed it without any problem. I would never recommend this business to anyone. We still haven't received our refund

Our dishwasher removal & install was a dangerous disaster! We worked with the division in Richmond, VA, and had an awful experience.The two techs who worked on our install proved to be reckless, dishonest, and incompetent. When the techs tried to remove the old dishwasher, they yanked on our hardwired unit, causing sparks to fly everywhere. They did not ask or seek to determine if it was hard-wired prior to their attempt to yank it out. I was concerned we might have a fire at that point.
