If I could give negative stars I would. They damaged the appliances then refused to take them back. After they picked them up again they have held them hostage for two weeks without getting them to the vendor
Dont bother
This was a 3rd party delivery company for a refrigerator we purchased. The day before the selected delivery date, I received a text message to confirm my delivery window of 4 hours. Response said they would call 30-60 before arrival. The window came and went with no call or text message. I tried calling the number to get to an unknown voicemail box which no one replied to either.
