i own a company called floral events in houston, we used this company, it took over a month to get service, we kept getting pushed because of their staffing issues/ truck issues/ my main contact vacationing/ ect, NOW, its cold out and we can't get the heat too come on in the 2 brand new units purchased from this company, we have left 10+++ messages, NO return call, i spent over $20,000.00 with this company, we have also emailed multiple times!!
