My girlfriend and I brought my cat Luna to RVVH in late December 2025 for what was found to be a bladder stone which fortunately was successfully treated with medication and an improved diet purchased upon discharge, Unfortunately there was an error with the bill pay which was soon resolved via collections, I received two phone calls from the hospital regarding the matter and in the midst of these called I reported that Luna had greatly improved since the above mentioned visit and the girl replied "Well, We gave her good car... read more

We just want to take a moment to give a very big thank you and compliment to the entire team at this practice. Both veterinarians and the whole staff are always so kind, friendly, patient, and caring. What we really appreciate is that the doctors actually take the time to talk to you and listen to your concerns. You never feel rushed or like you are just another appointment. I’m very disappointed with my experience at this vet. My wife used my card for payment and called me, simply keeping me informed about the charges, not asking for permission. During checkout, a male staff member asked her, “Did you get permission?” and then said, “My fiancée never has to ask me permission.” This was an inappropriate and unprofessional comment that had nothing to do with our visit or their job.
