I would give zero stars if I could. Despite paying the application fee and providing all the required documents, I never received any response —positive or negative— for over a month. They didn’t return my calls or give any kind of update. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful of applicants’ time and money.

My family lived at Raritan Landing for 6 years. The management company was responsive and always pretty helpful however, our satisfaction with the apartment was largely dependent on the building's super. We suffered through 2 of the worst supers imaginable until Jaen was hired. Without him I would have rated the apartment much lower, but he goes the extra mile to make sure all your concerns are addressed. He is always kind, generous with his time, and very prompt. The five star review is for Jaen, the property manager, who is incredibly diligent, accommodating, and helpful. He goes above and beyond for all his tenants.
