Safe location and near the park. The super, Jaèn, is very responsive and helpful
My family lived at Raritan Landing for 6 years. The management company was responsive and always pretty helpful however, our satisfaction with the apartment was largely dependent on the building's super. We suffered through 2 of the worst supers imaginable until Jaen was hired. Without him I would have rated the apartment much lower, but he goes the extra mile to make sure all your concerns are addressed. He is always kind, generous with his time, and very prompt.
